HAIR & SPA POLICY

* Please book your appointment in advance
* 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy
* Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early
* If late, your service will be modified to accommodate the next client to be on schedule; if time persists your service will not be performed and you may be charged 50% of the services selected (same charges apply for "no shows")

TANNING POLICY

* You may tan once per day
* Walk-Ins are Welcome
* We Recommend to book appoinments
* One appointment may be booked a time
* Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes early
* If you are late, your tanning session may be shortened to accomadate the next client to be on time; if time persists, session will be considered No Show and $10 fee will be applied
* 4 hour Cancellation/ Rescheduling policy, otherwise $4 fee will be applied
* $10 No Show Fee applied on missed appointments
* ALL FEES and outstanding balances MUST be paid at next visit, before you continue any services provided
